Welcome to Evergreen ("we," "us," "our"), operated by Alexander Elliot-Hird LLC, a Florida limited liability company. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at https://evergreensuccess.myshopify.com (the "Site") and any related services, content, and products offered through the Site (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms By browsing, registering, placing an order, or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

6. Shipping and Returns Shipping times, return windows, and refund eligibility are described in our shipping and refund policies, available on the Site. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of products to the shipping carrier.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

16. Severability If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

17. Entire Agreement These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies posted on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Alexander Elliot-Hird LLC regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
